CH-P is committed to the following actions to ensure proper protection of clients' interests:

Providing immediate telephone notification of the arrival of study material and its condition upon receipt
Immediate notification of any shipping discrepancies or inconsistencies
Identification of all wet tissues, blocks, slides and data per clients' protocol
Archiving of all raw data at study completion
Timely completion of every study
Release of information only to the client or authorized representative
