- Providing immediate telephone notification of the arrival of study material and its condition upon receipt
- Immediate notification of any shipping discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Identification of all wet tissues, blocks, slides and data per clients’ protocol
- Archiving of all raw data at study completion
- Timely completion of every study
- Release of information only to the client or authorized representative
